Since not that long ago Ange tries to be a more proactive person. When you want to get your family back from death and want to find the truth of certain events no matter what, you turn into someone who acts no matter what.

That's why after a short while of sitting in the sandstorm Ange begins getting a little antsy. Ange doesn't dare to remove her hands from her face, but she does lean a little against Stacia to try to get her attention:

"We should get moving. I don't want to be in this desert when nighttime comes"

Mostly because, just as she's unprepared for the intense heat, she also is unprepared for the intense cold of the night. Kind of reckless to even propose to try to continue forward through a sandstorm, though.
