“It’s still weird for me, too, sometimes,” Tim admits. If anyone can understand how it’s hard to adjust to a sudden return to the old normal, it’s Tim. He had utterly refused the new normal, and he’s still having trouble resuming normality. “But the good news is that you don’t have to deal with it here.”

He can avoid bringing Bruce up again. Tim would’ve wanted to know, but maybe not when he couldn’t see for himself and really take it in. There’s a point where someone being back becomes real (it’s somewhere around the third time Tim sees them again, but he can’t study it for obvious reasons). “I can’t not bring up Kon though. He’s right here.”
