Re: GAIA

He put himself to better use, and you don’t get to say what’s aberrant.

Nature as we know it is aberrant. It’s full of mutations, sports, and subspecies so who are you to decide that unintentional manipulations are pure but scientific ones are so abhorrent that you can invalidate the person that it created?

[ Monologuing: it’s not just for supervillains. It’s also for heroes with a full head of steam and a belly full of righteous indignation. ]

How far do you take it? Is in vitro aberrant too, or is it only when you’re trying to justify setting up an innocent who managed to create his own soul because he’s that good that you have to call him aberrant so you can stomach your choices until one of us is forced to put…

[ You know why he’ll never get along with Ivy? This. This completely disregard for human minutiae because oh no not an orchid.

(He could almost spins off on a tangent about how much of the natural diversity is now the result of humans cross breeding plants, but he’s not after debate points.)

All he wants is to free Kon from this role that they’ve cast him in. Especially since Gaia clearly thinks it ends in Kon’s death.

No. Screw this. Swap his powers for mine, because I’m not losing him again.

[ Tim will raze the fucking camp before that happens. ]
