He recites as if he's being asked a question in a class. Then flashes, for a brief yet hilarious moment, a doubtful and slightly panicked expression, as if to ask if he got it right.

"I do not have much firsthand experience with the subject, but during the course of my career I have interviewed a large number of patients and they do, in fact, still consider the family members who they have a dysfunctional relationship with as family. Although of course in some cases they wanted to disassociate from them, and it was perfectly understandable, the relationship still existed on a strictly technical aspect."

If CT was baffled before, she is not going to change her mind now, that's for sure.
