MEMORY SHARE ※ 1

MEMORY SHARE

It's during a pause in their day. A nap. An idle moment looking out from the gardens at the landscape passing by below. Taking a moment to catch their breath after a jog in one of the castle's larger magic rooms.
The squad is suddenly connected. Mental pathways locking together, they're forced into one another's innermost beings. Thrust into one another's memory palaces where the mind collects and stores everything that makes them who they are. The core of their beings are only a few steps away and no one can prevent the link.
To make matters worse, it comes with no explanation or no ability to pull out and stop. Once they're through the first memory, perhaps they can find a way out, but they're already witnessing some event from their host's past. And, if they left, who knows whether or not they'd end up accidentally invading another memory palace?
And if they were there, who was in theirs?
[ooc: So, how this works: the memories can either be viewed in spectator mode or the guest can be experiencing everything themselves. The person whose memories are being shown, the host, can watch as their current self or take the form they had of their past self. They can also be invisible until the memory is finished. They can talk about the memory with the "guest" that's visiting.
They cannot control the first memory shown, the player decides that, but they can sometimes control any other memories they'd like to show people after. Of course, there's also always the option of an extreme emotional reaction bringing up other memories unbidden.]

[Almost, because in the end this is Miles' battle and she's not qualified to judge anything at all. Miles will know better than anyone how things are like. Perhaps he'll be able to handle it all]

[He can't. Really deny that. This is a break from everything back home but also not really, given the situations he has already found himself in since arriving. It's. Complicated. Miles has a lot to adjust to and a lot to figure out yet. It's a work in progress. He gives a shrug, knowing he can't expect others to figure it all for him.]

[Ange stayed out of that particular discussion, pretty much, but she's pretty sure others weighed in and helped. Was it useful, though?]

[Miles admits. Which is fair enough. Since others here are superheroes and all. He isn't entirely alone. Not here. He tries to reassure and comfort himself with that much at least. It's a lot for Miles to figure. Whether he should come clean here? Properly? Whether he should back home? How that might go down? Better or worse if his parents don't find out from him himself?]

The Green has gathered so many superheroes even the dog one of them has is a hero. Someday you'll get anything you need to figure everything out.
[Who knows, maybe it'll be thanks to someone who hasn't arrived to the group yet. There's a lot of time for more people to arrive to the group]

[It's just. A lot. When he has been at this like two or three days or something at this point, back home, before ending up here. He's still so new to it yet and figuring it out. And figuring how open he wants to be with his parents, with his room mate. Given the original Spider-Man told him to keep hiding his face and never tell anyone. When even his aunt had known, evidently. But still.]
